Hakushu Japanese Whiskey 18 Year

Hakushu Japanese Whiskey is a rare Japanese gem. While inspired by traditional Scottish distilling practices, it remains authentic to its Japanese roots. Hakushu is made of malted barley milled and mashed with pure Japanese spring water. After being milled and mashed, it is then fermented with wooden washbacks and one of Hakushu Distillery’s unique yeast strains. Following the fermentation process, the batch is double-washed through a copper-pot still and laid to set for a minimum of 18 years. Fruity, with hints of orange and pear, this smokey and cinnamon-flavored whiskey is worth the try.

Balvenie Portwood Scotch 21 Year

One of our favorite Scotch rarities is the Balvenie Portwood Scotch 21 year. Balvenie Portwood 21 year is a single malt whiskey dubbed as malt master David C. Stewart’s most incredible creation to date. Over the years, it has won a wide selection of awards and continues to be a crowd favorite. It is light and creamy with a long and nutty taste. This “hard-to-come-by” special isn’t all that hard to find when you shop with us.
